How do I modify report templates?

Last Updated: Dec 24, 2014 02:57PM GMT

Often there is a need to make tweaks to report templates. The following changes can generally be made:

  • to, add, remove or adjust charts based on data that is in the template
  • to edit formula’s for totals, % change etc.
  • to adjust styles and conditional formatting.
  • adjust what metrics are displayed when VLOOKUP formulas are used to pull in data from a raw data sheet.

Details about how to do more specific tasks are outlined in other topics as listed below. This article describes the process of opening, editing, and saving templates.
