There are occasions where you may need to refresh the data from a third party provider that is stored in Trackpal for a particular project.
To refresh the historical data:
- Within Trackpal, click on the Projects button under the Account Management group.
- Select the relevant project from the Project drop down list.
- In the Jobs tab, Click on the scheduled job (e.g. Google Analytics) that you wish to refresh.
- Under the Job Tasks options on the right click Request history refresh.
- Select the date range that you require.
- Select the reports that you require under Reports to Download. If you are unsure, check all of them.
- Click OK.
