How do I set up a new user?

Each Trackpal account supports as many users as you require. Management of users can be performed by any admin user.

To add a new user:

  1. Click on the drop down arrow of the Account Settings button in the Setup group on the toolbar.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Click New user under Tasks on the right.
  4. Enter the details for the user and press OK.

The login details for the new user will be as follows:

  1. Username – their email address
  2. Password – either the password entered when the user is created, or the automatically generated password emailed to them, depending on which option is selected.
