How do I set up one or more scheduled reports to be automatically emailed to people?

Trackpal allows you to set up scheduled reports to be emailed to any email address. The recipient does not have to have an account within Trackpal to receive reports.

To set up reports for one or more projects:

  1. Click on the Schedule Reports button.
  2. Click on Monthly Reports >Schedule Monthly Reports
  3. A wizard will appear on the left hand side.
  4. Select one or more projects from the list, Right click to check or un-check all.
  5. Click Next
  6. Select the report macro you want to use from the Report drop down list, and the relevant template from the Template drop down list.

    The default settings for Trackpal Standard Monthly Reports are;
    Report: Digital Marketing Report.
    Template: Digital Marketing Report (Monthly).
    Format: Excel Workbook (XLSX).

    If you use a Custom Report, you'll need to select your custom report and template.
        If unsure what custom report settings to use, check out the settings used for other scheduled reports in your account, or you can always contact us for help.
     
  7. Enter the email addresses of the recipients in the list box.
  8. Click Next
  9. Check that you are happy with the options and click Finish.

 


Editing scheduled reports

Once setup, you can easily view and edit scheduled reports.
